Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation Request

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your customer account at https://shopify.com/108720292189/account and submit a return or cancellation request through your order history.

You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request has been submitted.

Returning Your Items

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Return instructions and the applicable return address will be provided after your request has been reviewed.

Refunds

We will refund all eligible payments received from you, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of being notified of your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

If you selected a premium or expedited shipping option, only the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout will be refunded.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital ebooks or downloadable products once the download or immediate access has begun, provided you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal.

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products created according to the customer’s specifications.

  • Products that have been damaged or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

This policy does not affect your legal rights regarding products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
